What is the National Golf Club?

The NGC is a global private club whose Members are entitled to the highest level of membership privileges at over 170 of the nation’s most prestigious private, resort, and high-end daily fee properties.

What privileges does a NGC membership include?

As an NGC member, you will receive:

• Full membership privileges at over 40 premium private clubs nationwide.
• Complimentary, unrestricted golf privileges at over 100 world-class resorts and daily fee properties.
• Membership privileges and complimentary golf access to over 10 international clubs and courses.
• Full time concierge service for golf, travel, entertainment, and personal needs.
• 50% transferable membership deposit.
• All-inclusive dues structure including green fees, cart, bag storage, locker and range access.

How many NGC members will there be?

Initially the membership will be limited to 250. As new participating clubs join the NGC portfolio, additional memberships may become available.

Will additional clubs be added to the NGC portfolio?

The NGC portfolio is constantly being updated with additional properties in the private, resort, and high-end daily fee classifications.

The goal of adding valuable partners to The National Golf Club is to increase playing opportunities and thus effectively increase the value of National Golf Club memberships

What benefits does the concierge service provide?

The concierge service is a vital component of the NGC. This personalized service allows NGC members to make travel arrangements, book tee time reservations, and receive information on all participating clubs.

Additional services include event planning and ticket procurement to sporting events and theater. The concierge serves as a personal attendant for each and every NGC member.

How does the National Golf Club transfer policy work?

NGC Members must wait one year from their activation date before they are eligible to put their name on a wait list to transfer.

After a wait list to transfer has been established, a NGC membership will be reissued on the fourth sale after three unissued NGC memberships have been sold.

When the NGC reaches 250 members, a one to one transfer ratio will apply. NGC Members must continue to pay dues while waiting to transfer, although only for a maximum period of one year. The membership must be paid in full prior to being eligible for placement on the transfer wait list.

What is required to be eligible for the NGC upgrade classification of membership?

When joining NGC, you must have full membership status at a fully private golf club, and maintain your full membership status while a member of The National Golf Club.

Additionally, a minimum of 50% of your annual rounds should be played at your home club to be eligible for the lower dues structure.

What family privileges are included with the individual category?

   If an NGC Member chooses the individual category, his/her family (as defined by the rules and regulations at the home club) will have full privileges at the home club.

Only the primary Member will have full privileges at non-home properties. The spouse of the primary Member may enjoy social privileges at non-home properties.

What family privileges are included with the couple category?

If an NGC Member chooses the couple category, their family (as defined by the rules and regulations of the home club) will have full privileges at the home club.

The primary Member and his/her spouse will have full privileges at non-home properties.

What is the tee time reservation policy for NGC Members?

At NGC private clubs, each club’s individual reservation policy will apply. At most NGC resort properties, the NGC concierge can guarantee tee times up to 30 days in advance.

Members are encouraged to make all non-home club reservations through the concierge.

Am I required to pay the entire deposit at once?

   No, NGC offers financing to qualified applicants. The membership deposit may be paid in equal installments over a period of four years with a minimum 25% down payment.

Is the National Golf Club Membership transferable?

Yes, your NGC membership is transferable. NGC Members will receive 50% of the membership deposit paid to The National Golf Club at the time their membership is reissued by the club.

Will charging privileges be available at all participating National Golf Club properties?

All members will enjoy full charging privileges at all NGC private clubs. NGC resort properties will require payment by cash or credit card for incidental purchases.
